Swiss wholesaler TopCC leveraged 1st-party data from its own CRM for the first time in a pilot campaign to target five clearly defined customer segments precisely and in a privacy-compliant way via the CONVERTO Data Clean Room. Together with CONVERTO, personalized ad creatives were served on premium websites in German-speaking Switzerland – including the successful reactivation of inactive customers.
